Report: Packers are signing guard Kevin Zeitler to one-year deal

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, veteran guard Kevin Zeitler is signing a one-year deal with the Green Bay Packers. Schefter reported that Zeitler has played 14 NFL seasons and that Green Bay has added veteran offensive linemen Zeitler, Laken Tomlinson and Mekhi Becton this week; FOX Sports’ Jordan Schultz confirmed the Zeitler signing after Schefter’s report and said the Packers have been looking for offensive-line help.

Keel’s 2025-26 data lists Zeitler with the Tennessee Titans, where he appeared in one game. His available season totals are one total tackle and one solo tackle. The data identifies Zeitler as a guard and does not provide offensive-line production measures for him.

The Packers are 1-2 and rank 16th of 32 teams in offensive EPA and 26th of 32 in defensive EPA. Tomlinson, another guard listed among the Packers’ additions in Schefter’s report, is already in Green Bay’s 2025-26 data after one game, with one total tackle and one solo tackle.

Becton is listed as an offensive lineman in Keel’s data, with zero games played and no season totals. Tennessee, Zeitler’s listed team in the data, is 0-3; the Titans rank 27th of 32 in offensive EPA and 22nd of 32 in defensive EPA.
