Kyren Williams scored on a 7-yard run with 1:10 left Sunday, October 4, lifting the Los Angeles Rams to a 24-20 comeback win over the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.

Williams ran 16 times for 80 yards and two fourth-quarter touchdowns, turning a 20-10 Philadelphia lead into a Rams victory. His first score, a 1-yard run with 3:59 remaining, completed a 98-yard march and cut the deficit to three; his second put Los Angeles ahead for good.

Philadelphia had built its halftime cushion with Jalen Hurts finding Darius Cooper for touchdown passes of 18 and 10 yards. Cooper finished with three catches for 33 yards and two scores, but the Eagles did not score after halftime and slipped to 2-2 along with the Rams.

Rams find room late

The game turned after Philadelphia's fourth-quarter possession reached the Los Angeles 2-yard line but ended on downs. Matthew Stafford then hit Puka Nacua for 32 yards on the ensuing Rams drive, and Williams finished the 11-play, 98-yard possession in 3:27.

After an Eagles punt, Los Angeles took over at its own 21 with 2:55 left. Stafford's 8-yard scramble to the Philadelphia 11 shifted the Rams' win probability from 48% to 70%, and Williams followed with the deciding run; the touchdown moved it from 67% to 94%.

Stafford completed 32 of 51 passes for 316 yards, with Nacua accounting for nine catches and 125 yards despite two interceptions. The Rams produced a 53% success rate, meaning 53% of their plays added expected points, while Philadelphia managed 43%; Los Angeles averaged 0.01 EPA per play, with EPA measuring expected points added on each play. Byron Young added 2.5 sacks as the Rams held Hurts to 93 passing yards.

Los Angeles, now 2-2, hosts the Buffalo Bills on Monday, October 12. Philadelphia, also 2-2, visits the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, October 11.
