These terms govern your use of Keel Stats (keelstats.com and its apps). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Keel Stats provides NBA and NFL statistics, our own ratings and game projections for information and entertainment, and shows sportsbook lines as reference data. Numbers come from third-party data providers and our own models; they can be delayed or wrong, and projections are estimates, not predictions you can rely on.
Not betting or financial advice
Nothing on Keel Stats is advice to place a bet or make any financial decision. If you bet, you are responsible for following the laws where you live and for your own decisions. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 to use Keel Stats and at least 18 to buy a subscription. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not copy the site's data in bulk, scrape it, resell it, or use it to build a competing data service; do not try to break, overload or get around the service's security or its paywall; do not use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Keel Stats Pro
Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it charges you, adds any sales tax or VAT, and provides customer service for payments and refunds. Pro renews automatically until you cancel; cancel any time from the subscription page and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If the price changes, we tell you before your next renewal.
Refunds
If Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get it in full, no questions asked. After that, payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires: cancel and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are made by Paddle; write to us or to Paddle.
Names and marks
Keel Stats is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NBA or any team. NBA, team names and logos are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify teams and games. Our own content, ratings and design belong to Keel Stats.
No warranties; limits of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Keel Stats is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on its data or projections, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the service; we will announce material changes on the site. You can stop using Keel Stats and delete your account at any time.
