Keel Stats (keelstats.com and its apps) shows NBA statistics, ratings and projections. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
If you create an account: your name, email address and profile picture from Google, or just your email address if you sign in by email link. What you save: your language, your watchlist and your subscription status. If you subscribe to Pro, Paddle handles the payment as our reseller; we never see or store your card, only a Paddle customer ID and whether your subscription is active. Technical data: our servers log IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the service; these logs are kept only for a limited time and deleted automatically as they rotate.
How we use it
To sign you in, keep your watchlist and settings, provide Pro to subscribers, send the sign-in and account emails you ask for, and keep the service secure and working. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie when you sign in; they are needed for the account to work. Your browser's local storage keeps your language and a watchlist before you sign in. That is all: no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who helps us
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website delivery and DNS), OVHcloud (our server, in the United States), Paddle (payments, as our reseller and merchant of record), Google (sign-in with Google) and Resend (sign-in links and account emails). Game data comes from licensed sports data providers and contains no information about you.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account and we delete your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (for example, payment records Paddle keeps for tax purposes).
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by writing to us. California residents have the rights the CCPA gives them, including to know and to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines it. We answer within 30 days.
Children
Keel Stats is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site before the change takes effect.
