Keel Stats

Responsible gaming

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Keel Stats is a sports statistics site. Some of our pages show sportsbook lines and player props next to our numbers, because many fans follow them. This page says what that means and where to find help.

What we are, and what we are not

We do not take bets, hold money for bets, run contests or sell picks. We are not paid by sportsbooks and do not link to them. Lines are shown as they were published, for reference; our statistics and models describe the past and estimate the future, and they are often wrong. Nothing here is a recommendation to bet.

Legal age

Sports betting is legal only in some places and only for adults: 21 and over in most US states, 18 and over in some other states and countries. Our statistics are for everyone; if you use them to bet, you must be of legal age and follow the law where you are.

Signs to watch for

Betting more than you planned, chasing losses, borrowing or hiding money to bet, betting to escape stress, or feeling restless when you try to stop. If any of these sound familiar, it may be time to take a break and talk to someone.

Keeping it in control

Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and never bet money you need for other things. Licensed sportsbooks offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and many US states run self-exclusion programs through their gaming regulator.

Where to get help

In the US, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline: free, confidential, 24/7, with help in Spanish. More resources: ncpgambling.org and gamblersanonymous.org. Outside the US, contact your country’s problem gambling service.
