According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Houston Texans have reportedly designated wide receiver Tank Dell to return from injured reserve, and he practiced Wednesday.
Dell’s most recent game action came in 2024–25, rather than the current season. In 14 games that year, he caught 51 of 81 targets for 667 yards and three receiving touchdowns. He also carried nine times for 43 yards, adding a rushing element to his offensive work. The target total shows the volume of opportunities Dell handled in that sample.
Houston enters the week at 0-4. The Texans rank 22nd in offensive EPA and 24th in defensive EPA among 32 teams, putting Dell’s practice work alongside a team seeking improvement on both sides of the ball.
