Carolina led from the first quarter on a 47-yard field goal by Fitzgerald. Bryce Young hit Tremble with a 12-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter for a 10-0 lead, and the Eagles (2-4) answered with a 12-play, 78-yard drive that Dameon Pierce ended with a 2-yard run.
