The Dallas Mavericks are waiving center Dwight Powell, according to ESPN's Shams Charania, who reported Monday that sources told him of the move. The team has not made it official.
Powell, a forward-center, played 62 games for Dallas in 2025-26 and started 12. He averaged 3.4 points and 4.1 rebounds in 14.6 minutes. Over his last 10 games he averaged 4.2 points and 6.1 rebounds in 19.1 minutes, with four starts.
