Injury report

Phoenix Suns

  • Mark WilliamsOut· back Feb 3
    Report note

This is a tough blow for the center with training camp right around the corner. With his status for Opening Night in jeopardy, this will put a lot of eyes on Oso Ighodaro and Khaman Maluach, with the latter already drawing buzz during the Summer League. More clarity on Williams' timeline should be known in the coming weeks.

  • Duop ReathQuestionable· back Oct 5
    Report note

With Mark Williams (shoulder) expected to miss around five months, Reath figures to compete for playing time with Khaman Maluach and Oso Ighodaro. Reath's 2025-26 campaign was cut short after he underwent right foot surgery in late January, and it's unclear if he'll be at full strength for training camp. Across 32 regular-season appearances for the Trail Blazers in 2025-26, he averaged 2.9 points and 1.2 rebounds across 8.1 minutes per contest.

  • CJ HuntleyQuestionable· back Oct 5
    Report note

Huntley will miss Phoenix's final three games in Las Vegas. He'll have plenty of time to rest up before training camp opens up in September.

Toronto Raptors

  • Kyle AndersonQuestionable· back Oct 3
    Report note

Anderson's knee injury is considered to be minor, but his availability will be worth monitoring heading into Toronto's first preseason matchup against Miami on Saturday. The 33-year-old signed a one-year deal with the Raptors in July and is competing for a spot in the frontcourt rotation heading into the 2026-27 campaign.

  • Jamison BattleQuestionable· back Oct 3
    Report note

This appears to be a precautionary move for the Raptors, who will take on the Heat in the preseason opener Saturday. Battle could be cleared to play Saturday, and he'll need to impress during the preseason to earn a role in the rotation.

  • Alijah MartinQuestionable· back Oct 3
    Report note

Martin will miss the Raptors' Summer League finale after being held out of the team's first four games in Las Vegas. He appeared in just 23 regular-season games in 2025-26 and figures to continue providing backcourt depth in 2026-27.

  • Chucky HepburnQuestionable· back Oct 3
    Report note

Hepburn will be held out of the Raptors' Summer League finale, marking his third consecutive contest on the inactive list. The 23-year-old point guard appeared in two Las Vegas Summer League games, averaging 6.5 points, 6.5 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 29.1 minutes per contest.
